Zavotski’s fresh handmade Turducken (don’t except frozen) has it’s roots in the bayous of Louisiana where Cajun cooks took a de-boned turkey (except for turkey wings and drumsticks), duck, and chicken, stuffed each layer, and cooked-up a uniquely Cajun holiday treat.

At Zavotski’s we follow the same recipe, adding our signature “Polish twist”, carefully seasoning and stuffing each layer, for a ready-to-bake holiday masterpiece.

Our stuffing choices include: traditional, kielbasa, cajun cornbread, almond, apple, cranberry, andouille sausage.
