RECIPE: Pork Crown Roast With Stuffing
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place crown roast, on rack in roasting pan. Do not add water or cover. Roast in oven for 2 hours. Remove from oven. Insert meat thermometer so the bulb is centered in the thickest part of the roast. Make certain it does not rest in fat or on a bone.

Roasting until temperature reaches 160 degrees. Cover roast with foil tent and allow to rest at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes. Carve between ribs.
RECIPE: Zavotski’s Stuffed Pork Chops
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Place chops in baking dish, cover and bake for 30 minutes.

While chops are baking mix one of the two glazing options:

Option 1 - Sweet Glaze:
1 Jar Red Currant Jelly
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Juice from 1 Fresh Lime
1 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Powered Ginger

Option 2 - Mushroom Gravy:
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

After pork chops have baked for 30 mins. uncover and flip chops over and pour your choice of glaze over chops continue to bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes (If using a meat thermometer meat should be 160 degrees).
